The Families, Children and Young People’s Forum
The Forum’s overall aim is to achieve better outcomes for the children and young people across the county by improving how we communicate with each other and enhancing how we work together across the whole of the county, including both voluntary and statutory organisations and partners.
The Forum will work towards building and maintaining better and more inclusive links to the whole of the VCS by utilising its members to the full, in particular it will use Forum Representatives to attend partnership meetings across the county (see Children and Young People’s Partnership page for structure charts).

Sally Moorcroft - FC&YP Forum Strategic Manager
Sally Moorcroft joined NAVO in August 2008 as Development Officer for Families Children and Young People’s forum and in June 2009 was appointed to the role of Strategic Manager for the same team. Sally has spent the majority of her career working within the private sector in operational roles, mostly working at a senior management level in the areas of communication and engagement.

Tracy Mullaney - FC&YP's Forum Development Officer
Tracy Mullaney joined NAVO as Admin Support for the Families, Children and Young People’s Forum in October 2008. Tracy was appointed to the role of FC&YP Development Officer in July 2009. Although the majority of Tracy’s time has been spent working in the private sector, she has worked extensively as a trustee of a local charity working with families and children and is also a parent governor at a local school.

Dawn Moore - FC&YP's Admin Support
Dawn Moore joined NAVO in July 2009 as Admin Support for Families Children and Young People’s forum. Dawn has spent the majority of her career working within the private sector in operational roles, mostly working in the areas of customer service and change management.
